  Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and securely placed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient pickup time from your residence, or you may return smaller decorative items to any showroom location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and process your refund or store credit, excluding any applicable delivery fees.
